Requirements:
BS in mining engineering or closely related field (i.e.: civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, etc…)
5 – 10 - 15 years of experience in tailings disposal, tailings management, heap leach, design, environmental investigations related to mining, and other related.
Excellent communications skills, written and verbal.
Experience in Consultant Civil / Mining / Environmental Engineering
Experience in heap leach pad tailings disposal system design and mine waste management a big plus
Experience in water resources a plus
Experience in proposal writing
Excellent interpersonal skills
Experience in project management
Experience in management & mentorship for the higher levels
Great attitude
Self-starter
