Highly respected and successful civil / environmental engineering consultant firm seeks a talented CIVIL ENGINEER with experience in Fish Passages to join their Northern California team.
Spectacular Northern Coastal location with both the mountains and the sea featuring abundant outdoor activities and a variety of cultural activities in the theater, music and arts areas.
REQUIREMENTS:
BS minimum in civil engineering, environmental engineering, water resources, or related
PE (registered professional engineer)
7 + years of experience
Experience in Water Resources, Infrastructure, Site Development, Fish Passages and other
Experience in Strategic Planning
Experience in modeling, H&H, plus
Project Management experience
Client Management experience
Experience in proposal writing and presentation
Ability to maintain and grow client relationships
Ability to lead and grow a talented successful professional team
Ability to mentor junior staff
Ability to work well with expereinced senior level staff & learn from them
Great attitude
High level of motivation
Valid US driver license
Legal US residency

Work with talented professionals on a variety of civil engineering and environmental projects
Perform H&H analysis and other modeling tasks
Write and present proposals
Work with clients, maintain and grow client relationships
Design work on a variety of projects
Project management to include staff management, budget, on-time delivery, resources, etc..
Grow and manage a cohesive, talented, professional team
