BSCE or higher
CA PE, or ability to obtain in the short term
project management experience: technical, financial, scheduling, staffing, resources, etc ..
11 + years of experience in the sector
general site civil design experience on roadways, roadway improvements, government & educational buildings, water/ wastewater treatment facilities, correctional institutions, and other
excellent interpersonal skills
ability to maintain and grow client relationships
desire to help position the firm to win new projects and to participate in business development activities
ability to work successfully within a team
ability to lead a team successfully
legal current US residency
valid US driver license
